Creative coaching for life and business
Within most people are the resources to meet their needs, fulfill their desires and manifest their dreams. Yet it is easy to lose sight of this amazing ability to meet your needs in the vastness of the universe or the details of life. Creative coaching uses generative activities like drawing, journaling and walking to affirm your ability to design and create your life as you navigate transition, change and uncertainty.
What do you coach people on?
In my coaching practice, I support:1) Navigating career and business transition for artists, architects, electricians, developers, writers, and other creative professionals and craftsmen2) Finding and building a creative life with activities like drawing, walking, gardening, reading, meditating, or journaling during periods of change
How does coaching work
In coaching, we meet weekly or every other week to clarify values, vision and goals and begin moving you to action and results. As our work continues, we check-in on your progress, work with blockers you encounter, develop accountability and celebrate your success.
What will I get from coaching?
1) Clarity on your values, vision, goals and action steps to move forward
2) Accountability, confidence, joy, leadership, momentum and recognition
3) Develop your ability to design your life and make it happen
How can I start working with you or ask questions?
Use the calendar to find a time for a free consult to explore your dreams, wants and needs and how coaching might support your work and life.
How can I stay in touch with you even if I do not pursue coaching?
My newsletter is the best way to receive updates from me, access free drawing lessons and see my drawing adventures:)
What expertise or qualifications do you have?
